Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 3 calendar days of the first successful subscription payment by contacting support@barcodeforge.dev with your account email and order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Does the Free plan require a payment method?
No credit card is needed. The Free plan covers generation, downloads, bulk tools, shareable URLs and up to 50 saved barcodes.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is built for one person: unlimited saved barcodes, personal style templates, bulk ZIP export and email support. Team adds shared resources for up to 5 members, roles and permissions, shared folders and templates, and an activity log.
What does priority email support mean?
Active Team subscribers can email support@barcodeforge.dev and are handled ahead of standard requests. Response times may vary on weekends and holidays.
